Yure

This scale model is a miniature representation of the work named Yure by Kengo Kuma. Models allow the architect to project his ideas into reality, in three dimensions, to view its rendition in space, and allows the viewer to grasp the general architectural intention behind the construction. The smaller scale makes it possible to admire the subtle balance of beams created by Kuma in its entirety. Through Yure, he gives each element of the cabane a clean and proportioned place, by reducing the sizes of the pieces and making them individual.
