Habitat Studio Bulle
This is the scale model of the last work by Antti Lovag, activist for organique architecture, a concept seeking harmony between human habitat and the natural world. This cabane is composed of four interconnected spheres of differing sizes, forming very open living spaces, mixing the interior and the exterior. Built from a skeleton structure made of resin, the walls are made of inflated skin and are punctuated with globe-shaped openings called skydomes. Lovag combines here his own concept of bubble habitat and novel materials, all at the service of architecture.
Born in Hungary in 1920, Antti Lovag created in 1969 the first prototype of a bubble house inspired by organic architecture, visionary for its time and aiming at adapting to the evolution of lifestyles. One of his most famous creations is his Bubble Palace in Théoule-sur-Mer.
